Appendicitis causes severe stomach ache. He will suffer anausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.There will be a loss of appetite and fever.admit the patient in the hospital and arrange for immediate surgery. If neglected it could prove fatal.

1.Check his temperature.
2.When he is lying down,check his right abdomen carefully.
3.Check if he is having fever.
4.Admit him in a a hospital and arrange for a surgery otherwise he could die.
